The Workshop: Overview

Decisions and actions are made based on what one values. When values are clear, personal and professional goals can easily be achieved. This program is designed to give participants a revisit of their past- the values learned, virtuesembraced, principles imbibed, and a look of what’s ahead anchored on their personal goals. It can help them align with their organization’s values, vision, and mission to ensure a synergistic and productive working environment. Given this framework, mindset will be directed in promotingand ensuring safety awareness and healthy condition in the workplace. Experiential and interactive learning will be the participant’s tool to ensure they find their own balance in this journey of self-discovery. In the end, each member is synched with their organization’s core values and safety culture.

Objectives

• Intensify participant’s awareness of their Organization’s Values and Safety Culture, examining the past, present,
  and future and aligning it with their own.
• Understand each individual’s strengths and talents that need to be nourished, enhanced, and put into active role
  to ensure a healthy and safe working environment
• Createa SMART action planaligned with personal vision and focused on enhanced character, integrity and
  competency.
• Identify and grasp the 4 Human Elements
