Engr. Conrado C. Casem graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT) as Professional Mechanical Engineer and pursued his higher education and took Master of Science in Physics from University of the Philippines (ICA-NEC Scholar) and Masters in Business Administration from University of East.

He had an in-depth knowledge on safety and been a Safety Practitioner for almost 50 years of his professional career working in different industries both local and international such Shell Philippines as Depot Superintendent, Ford Philippines as Safety and Security Officer, Alcom Production Philippines Incorporated as Safety Manager, Safety Organization of the Philippines as Secretary General, Mohammad Al-Mojil Group, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Loss Prevention Manager and became a President of Safety House Inc. with a Safety accreditation under DOLE. He had been also a Safety Lead Auditor in all Plants of Holcim Group of Companies and assist in the preparation of documentation requirements for OHSAS 18001:2007.

He was also a Safety and Project Management consultant at Philips Semiconductor Philippines Inc., John Nelson and Associates, JX Nippon Mining and Metal Philippines Inc., TDK Philippines Inc., Chairman of the Board at Association of Safety and Health Training Organization of the Philippines and National Director Association of Safety Practitioners of the Philippines Inc.

Invited as Resource Speaker on different Safety Conventions such as 17th, and 18th National Fire Safety Convention, 24th and 29th National Industrial Safety Convention, Workshop on Quality Assurance in Offshore Oils and Gas Industry, CCOP/ASCPE/NECOR, 1st General Assembly & Convention of DOLE-BWC Accredited Safety Practitioners, Association of Safety and Health Training Organizations of the Philippines and Safety Forum Sponsored by Safety House Inc.

With his expertise in safety, Conrad received numerous citations and recognitions and to name a few, awarded twice as Outstanding Safety Consultant by BWC-DOLE and Citation Award, Philippine Army

Written and authored the Safety Management Manual which is sold in the Philippines and used by all Safety Practitioner and Academe.
