Objectives

The training aims to educate Small and Medium sized enterprises and professionals on the ASEAN Integration in 2015. The training aims to give a background on the Integration, the reasons for the Integration and current updates on the Integration. The seminar aims to show SMEs and professionals how they can take advantage of the opportunities, which the Integration presents.

Ma. Lourdes Tiquia

Ma. Lourdes Tiquia has a total of 29 years of professional experience covering government (15 years in the Executive and Legislative Branches), years in the non-government, League of Municipalities and the academe (DLSU, UP Diliman and ADMU) and 11 years in the private sector.

She likewise worked in the U.S. Congress as a committee staff in the U.S. House of Representatives and a personal staff to a U.S. Senator. She has a Master in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines and a Master of Arts in Political Management from the George Washington University. She is a policy analyst by training and a lobbyist by profession.
