Course objectives:

The training will be focused on the commanding and handling of the situation at the incident site. Participants will be worked on “real and practical” scenarios and become familiar with the various types of commanding techniques, leadership and communication.

Who must attend:

The course is designed for persons who will be in-charge of the on-site commanding position.

SARUNPHONG ARTICHARTE

Art graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, Master of Science in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

He has taken and finished Master of Business Administration (MBA) Distance Learning Program with Heriot-Watt University, Certificate in Advanced Business Management Training from Chulalongkorn University and is currently Adjunct Professor at Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City campuses.

He is working as the regional General Manager of NRC Asia Ltd.

Art was also the General Manager and Senior Consultant for EES Consultant Ltd and has been assigned to Western Australia for 2.5 years performing consulting work. He has been looking after company operations, business development and operations in Thailand and Asia Pacific in the area of Emergency Response.

He acted as Director and Regional Manager of Coastal – El Paso Corporation Thailand responsible for developing business for the company’s interests (Refinery and Power Generation). Has taken the lead role in Project Management including the preparation of guidelines for EIA and HSE Procedures.

Worked as a Drilling and Production Manager for PTT Exploration and Production Co., Ltd, responsible for overseeing the company’s drilling and production operations and has been assigned Malaysia and Myanmar.
