Course Description

This two-day workshop will provide participants an opportunity to improve facilitation/training skills and learn strategies to effectively handle adult learners.

Participants will also review the process of creating training modules and preparing for a training program. The training will culminate in a valuable learning activity where participants will be actually facilitating the group.

  • Gain an understanding of adult learning concepts to be a more effective
    facilitator/trainer.

  • Identify ways to manage various training scenarios and apply the strategies in
    role play activities.

MARIMEL A. VILLAPANDO

Marimel A. Villapando, is a Professional Development Skills facilitator with more than 15 years experience in corporate training. She has conducted Communications and Leadership Programs for Accenture, IBM, JP Morgan Chase, Bayantel, Metrobank, Ayala Corporation, Philam Life, CAP and others both here and abroad. She is a graduate of De La Salle University and its MBA Program, sans thesis.

She has held Board Membership in Mensa Philippines, and was President of Toastmasters of Mensa. She is a member of the British Council Teachers’ Club, the Speech Communication Organization of the Philippines and was a professor at the Far Eastern University (FEU).


MARY JUDITH V. REYES

Marjo V. Reyes, is an Information Technology professional with 15 years experience in Project Management, Marketing and Sales. An Ateneo University and MBA Graduate, she has done training for corporations, and has taught in the academe. She is currently the CEO of EcoPlanet Enterprises, a Recycling and Waste Management Company.
