With over 17 years of solid Human Resources (HR) experience, specifically in the
field of Training and Organizational Development, holding various functional,
managerial and leadership positions in known companies such as Intel, Aboitiz
Transport Systems, Nutri-Asia Inc. and TV5.

She has worked extensively in different industries – semiconductor, transportation, FMCG and Broadcast Media.

Has taught in University and is currently the chairperson of Junior People Management Association of the Philippines and a Certified Advanced Toastmaster and an accredited 7 Habits and LIFO facilitator.
